IMPORTANT NOTE:
Maxiflex multi-use absorbent dressings do not contain super absorber powders. Sanitary towels and incontinence pads routinely use super absorber powders which turn to gel on contact with water, naturally if these enter the bloodstream they can present a critical risk.

The Maxiflex dressing is fantastic! It's incredibly absorbent and doesn't stick to my wounds. I feel confident knowing it's keeping everything clean and protected.

I can't recommend this dressing enough. It's so easy to apply and remove, and it's incredibly comfortable. Keeps my wound clean and dry throughout the day.
