Premier lemon and glycerine oral swabs are made from 100% cotton tips on durable white polypropylene handles. The lemon taste stimulates saliva flow and the glycerine lubricates and softens tissues.
They’re ideal for use with patients who have dry mouth. The swabs stimulate the saliva glands, which can help with oral hygiene, mouth sores and dryness.
They’re also suitable for patients who are on oxygen dependency, undergoing chemotherapy, recovering from surgery or who are terminally ill. In these cases, glycerin softens the oral tissue, offering more comfort to these patients.
To use the swabs, simply:
- Open the foil
- Take out one swab stick
- Swab around the mouth
- Discard
